Mardis and I attended the annual fundraiser for TurnAround, Inc., Steppin' Out to Black & White. The mission of TurnAround, Inc. is to build a community free of violence by working with adults and children affected by intimate partner and sexual violence to address their needs and prevent further violence through advocacy and education. I am a member of TurnAround's Speakers Bureau and W.A.V.E (Women Against Violence Everywhere). Join us for the upcoming and annual Take Back the Night!!
