6th Annual YWCA Leader Luncheon

Leader Lunch is the Baltimore area's premier annual celebration of women leaders whose energy, talent, and vision combine to create vibrant workplaces and sustain our community.
Held each year in May, this high-profile media event gathers many of the most extraordinary women in our area, along with hundreds of friends, colleagues, and associates who share the YWCA's commitment to women's advancement in business and public life.
Proceeds from the Leader Lunch support the YWCA of the Greater Baltimore Area, Inc., and their efforts to empower women and eliminate racism. At the Leader Lunch, I had a great time for a great cause!

Founded in 1883, the YWCA of the Greater Baltimore Area seeks to empower women to lead and succeed, and to promote economic justice and opportunity for all races.

YWCA envisions a network of individuals of all races and socioeconomic backgrounds working together to build more fulfilling lives, promote racial justice, and reinvigorate communities throughout the Greater Baltimore area.

The programs include housing and services for homeless women, children, and families; affordable, high-quality child care that enables parents to work without worry; and campaigns to address key issues affecting the communities we serve, including sexual abuse.
