TurnAround, Inc. Receives Grant!

I found out today from Marie Lilly, the Community Educator & Outreach Specialist for TurnAround, Inc., that after a long wait, TurnAround has been awarded a grant to start the “Survivors’ Network and Trauma Prevention Program”. This is a program designed to build strong women and train survivors as advocates for violence prevention that Ms. Lilly will be creating and managing. Women Against Violence Everywhere (WAVE) is an incredibly important foundational part of this project. More details are obviously to come and I’ll keep everyone in the loop!
